PodView is a podcast website builder platform that provides:

• Automatic podcast website creation from RSS feeds
• Professional themes and customization tools
• Built-in SEO, sitemaps, and social cards
• Blog and custom page creation
• Audience engagement tools (email collection, contact forms, voicemail)
• AI-powered content and design tools (on eligible plans)
• Custom domain support with automatic SSL (domain registration available separately)

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Abuse, harass, or threaten others
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content: You retain all rights to your podcast content, blog posts, images, and other materials you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and display your content as part of your website.

Our platform: The PodView platform, including its design, code, themes, and features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.

PodView offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in downgrade to the free tier

Connecting a domain you already own is included in paid subscriptions. PodView also offers optional domain registration as a convenience. Domain registration is a separate purchase:

• Domain registration is billed separately from your subscription and is non-refundable
• Domains are registered through a third-party registrar on your behalf. We may change our registrar provider from time to time
• Domain pricing, renewal terms, and availability are subject to the registrar's policies
• We handle DNS configuration, SSL certificates, and WHOIS privacy automatically for domains used with PodView
• If you cancel your PodView subscription, you retain ownership of your registered domain and can transfer it to another registrar

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You can export your data before deletion
• Paid subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period
• We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
